Meeting Notices

Our annual general membership meeting will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the workshop. At the meeting, the year 2009 will be reviewed and the proposed budget for 2010 will be presented. The members will need to vote at the annual meeting on the proposed changes to the by-laws. A special highlight of the evening will be a presentation of service pins to those who have surpassed certain years of service. The awards will be given out for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service.

The project allowing for the pins is a project funded through and arranged for by the VIP's. The VIP's are a group of parents, siblings, and friends of our employees who have formed a group to hold functions, periodically meet, and generally serve non-specific needs of the workshop. Representatives of the group will be in attendance to tell you more about their group and how you can become involved.

After the meeting, there will be time for socialization and refreshments will be served.
