Welcome
to Valley Industries! We have successfully been in business
for over 41 years, providing packaging and fulfillment services
to both large corporations and small businesses in St. Louis
and across the United States. Some of our services include
kit building, packaging, shrink-wrapping, blister packaging,
FDA certified pharmaceutical projects, collating, assembly
and mailing services. We have a highly experienced workforce
that is capable of rising to any challenge and tackling any
project that we are entrusted with, ensuring both exceptional
quality and attention to deadlines. Today's business world
moves at the speed of light, and Valley Industries is equipped
to keep up with this fast pace.
In June
of 2008, we earned ISO 9001:2000 Certification of our Quality
Management System. The highly recognized certification of
the ISO 9001:2000 standard ensures that Valley Industries'
quality management system and processes are controlled and
will continuously improve. These controls not only ensure
customer satisfaction, it also shows Valley Industries' commitment
to continuously improve our customers' satisfaction.
As a
result of improving product conformance and internal operating
processes, Valley Industries is more cost effective and provides
a better value for our customers with more reliable product.
ISO 9001:2000
Certification requires constant monitoring of these quality
objectives:

Valley
Industries has established and maintains quality standards
in our daily production to ensure the quality of your products.
We currently
employ 220 workers with developmental disabilities along with
a staff of 32. Over 100 of these loyal employees have ten
to twenty years of experience or longer with our company.
We are in a 60,000 square foot production facility designed
for the large, high volume projects that we specialize in.
We also just recently opened a separate 3000 square foot building
on our property for specialty projects. We are on a 3 ½ acre
lot with plenty of room for expansion. We can easily grow
our workforce as needed to accommodate any size project. We
are conveniently located in the Midwest across the street
from Lambert International Airport in Hazelwood, Missouri.
We can assist in coordinating inbound and outbound freight
which helps us in being able to provide the high priority
service that today's industry demands. We are currently growing
and expanding our production space and would welcome any opportunity
to be of service to you.
We are
continuously innovating with new technology and equipment
purchases to keep our production processes both efficient
and up to date. We are able to pass these efficiency savings
on to you. Among many highlights, we have a new state of the
art high volume shrink machine capable of handling up to 100
feet of film per minute to package your promotional items,
cartons, kits, or literature. We have in excess of over 40
modern electronic counting scales to count and package or
bundle. We have a legion of automatic tape machines to seal
your kit cartons and boxes. We have modern printers capable
of printing numbered and bar-coded package labels, carton
labels, and pallet labels. We also make use of modern power
conveyors to assist with efficient material handling for kit
building, collation, or assembly lines. Please consider Valley
Industries as an extension of your own labor force. This would
allow you to better focus your resources on your business
at hand, leaving the packaging, assembly, or kit building
headaches to us.
While
concentrating on the production at hand, we are also proud
of the reputation we enjoy in our community. We are eager
participants in the various community festivals in our area
and members of our staff are participants in local service
organizations. We believe in giving back to a community that
has been so good to us. We are a recognized 501(C) 3 organization
and rely on community and public support to aid in the continuance
of our programs.
Thanks
to all who have helped create the organization that has evolved
over the last 41 years. The dreams of our founders have been
realized.
